Booking with us is very easy! We will provide an estimate and confirm your booking through email, phone or online. Leading up to move day we’ll send you alerts about movers so that on the big day all of our hard work has paid off: knowing who's coming gets rid of any surprises in advance (and helps save time).
On move day, we arrive with a clean 26 foot moving truck fully stocked with everything you need for a successful move. After conducting a quick walkthrough of your property, we will get the contract signed and begin prepping your property for the move.
Preparation
We know you want your home to be preserved as much as possible, which is why we prep it before the move. We lay down a rug runner or pads so that any floors in our way will be protected and nothing gets damaged during transit. In addition, if there are doors blocking off entryways from furniture moving around outside of these areas then no problem at all.
Our movers will make sure your belongings are protected for the move. They come fully equipped with their own tools, so you don't have to worry about that part! We also pad and shrink-wrap everything we protecting your belongings is our priority
Before our team leaves you, we will do a walkthrough of your current home to make sure that all the goods are in one place and nothing is forgotten. We also check out any tools or hardware left behind so as not leave anything behind when it comes time for us head off on our way!
Once we’ve stopped the clock, you can pay us. Once a contract is closed and based on how many hours worked we will finalize in our records to let you know for sure what's going to be the final move total and we will collect payment in cash/card form on the spot.
Common Questions
We only use 24 and 26 foot box trucks. Every truck has professional moving pads, dollies, toolkits, bungies, and everything else necessary to get you from point A to point B in the same condition you left in!
We do not require a deposit in order to do a move with us. If you have to cancel or reschedule, all we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to fill the spot you left vacant and get you rebooked into another time that will work for you.
At the end of the move, the movers will stop the clock and then let you know the total cost of the move. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.
We have 26 foot box trucks which typically fit the equivalent of an 1800 square foot home. This of course depends on the individual, but this is a realistic expectation for the average moves we do.
